Derry Wright, CEO

Derry Wright has 21 years in the Health, Safety and Regulatory fields within the upstream Petroleum Sector. Mr. Wright had spent 13 years with the Energy Resources Conservation Board until he decided to pursue the consulting field as a regulatory consultant. He spent three years working with numerous upstream oil and gas clients assisting them with their ERCB regulatory compliance matters. It was within the regulatory field that he met and joined forces with the inventor of the methanol recovery technology to be able to assist with the structuring of Methanol Recovery Technologies. Derry also has significant ownership interest in a number of other petroleum industry related organization.

Tom Johnston, P.Eng, MBA

Tom Johnston has worked in many facets of the oil and gas industry, including strategic planning, finance, project management, refining, process engineering, exploitation and waste management. Mr. Johnston has been employed by such companies as Encana, Apache, Husky Energy and Newalta. He is currently an independent consultant and serves as a director for a number of private corporations. Mr. Johnston also has significant ownership interest in a number of other petroleum industry related organizations.

Terrence (Terry) Yoxall

Mr. Yoxall is currently the President and CEO of Priddis Capital Ltd. which assists other third party corporations with their venture capital requirements in order to perform acquisitions within the oil and gas sector. In the last 20 years Mr. Yoxall has held the President and CEO position with numerous oil and gas and energy service companies such as Royal Northern Oil Ltd. and Wilson Mud Canada Ltd. Mr. Yoxall has been a director for a number of private and public corporations and is currently holds three active director seats.

Hon. Murray D. Smith

Mr. Smith holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of Calgary and is a graduate of the London Business School's Senior Executive Program as well as the Notre Dame College in Wilcox, Saskatchewan. Mr. Smith is currently a member of the Energy Advisory Board of TD Securities Inc. and is a board member of Shear Wind, a Canadian wind power electrical generation company. Mr. Smith also maintains a private consulting company, Murray Smith and Associates. From January 2005 to the fall of 2007, Mr. Smith was appointed as the Official Representative of the Province of Alberta to the United States of America which included Mr. Smith becoming a Congressional Nominee for "Securing America's Future Energy", a Presidential Commission in Washington, D.C. During his appointment, Mr. Smith also built a partnership with the Smithsonian Institution which featured Alberta on the National Mall in 2006. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Smith was elected as a Member of the Legislative Assembly serving as a Calgary MLA for twelve years during which he held four different high profile portfolios, including the Minister of Energy and the Minister of Economic Development. Prior to serving as an MLA and cabinet minister, Mr. Smith was an independent businessman with a number of Alberta based energy service companies including drilling fluids, service rigs and oilfield contracting and consulting. Some of Mr. Smith's most memorable achievements include being named as one of Alberta Venture's news magazine's 50 most influential Albertans, being made an honorary Chief of the First Nations of Alberta and being the recipient of numerous awards, including being named as one of the top 40 alumni in the past 40 years of the University of Calgary.
